At Kanvas our methodological approach lets us fully understand what solutions you really need. We work directly with all of our clients, implementing a variety of ideas that they have in mind. We then carefully craft a design that will reflect both their thoughts and needs, as well as their personality to create a unique and individualized outdoor living space.

Here's How It Works

Reach out & let us know what your needs are, from a blank lot new build construction, adding in a pool, to just wanting to smarten up an area.

Our initial consultation is primarily to determine whether our team and process is a good fit for you and your needs. Conversations around scope, timelines, stylistic preferences, budget, process and approach are usually best.

While our initial consultation is always complimentary, all design projects require a design contract and deposit prior to plan production.

CONSULTATION

Book an appointment so we can discuss your project and decide if we are a good fit.

DESIGN

Design work starts after signing a design agreement, this can take between 4-6 weeks to complete after detailed site measurement & photography. Designs start at $3,000 and are based on project scope.

INSTALLATION

After completion of the design it becomes yours and can choose to move forward with any builder of your choice. If you decide to move forward with our team of builders, we plan and project manage all the details and next steps for a smooth installation.
